Free DOS Approved Real Estate Continuing Education Classes
First Class Education is licensed by the DOS and allows you the flexibility to take a mix of both online and classroom courses.
New York regulations require real estate licensees to complete 22.5 hours of approved continuing education every two years including the new requirements below, effective as of September 21, 2022:

- Recent Legal Matters (1 hour) Our “Legal Update” course
- Ethical Business Practices (2.5 hour) Our “Code of Ethics” course
- Fair Housing (3 hours)
- Agency (1 hour or 2 if it’s your first renewal cycle) We have various Agency courses
- Implicit Bias (2 hours)
- Cultural Competency (2 hours)
